We had Thomas's 3rd birthday party on Sunday (actual b-day is June 25). My dad hosted our immediate family and the Anderson family. The kids always love playing with the Andersons (kids age 4, 6, 8, 10, 12). Thomas kept gathering all his toys and telling us, "These are all my favorites!" He had been asking for the Grand Central Station for months... it's huge! He also got the Star Wars Millenium Falcon, Mack from the movie Cars, and some Batman pj's.
He starting singing to himself when we took out his Star Wars cupcakes and joined in the clapping after he blew out the candles. The girls were outside enjoying grandpa's new swing set.

Thomas's 3rd Birthday Party
Prayer Request
Please pray for Michael and Christina (Matthew's cousins) and their kids Tony and Nicholas. Christina was pregnant and not due until late August. She had her baby on Monday. Nicholas was born 3 lbs 12 oz in Spain and both he and mom are doing well. He'll have to stay in the hospital for a while, though. Meanwhile, little Tony needs to go for heart surgery in England. (He has a slight murmur; apparently the surgery is fairly routine, but it's still on his heart.) Michael is leaving Christina and Nicholas in Spain with her family and heading to England with Tony. Please keep them in your prayers.

Visiting with Auntie
After Fr. Kevin's mass, we went back to see Auntie's apartment. The kids were looking through pictures of our Disney World trip (before they were born). Thomas soon had a plan--Daniel could fly us all in his LC-130 down to Orlando! Then, for dinner, we went out to a local Mexican restaurant, where there was a balloon man!
